Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. Return labels cannot be provided.
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. If you have a query regarding your custom order, please contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
If you are interested in exchanging your items please fill out the form below and ship your item to the same address as above, including your order number and the size you are exchanging for.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different item/design, please contact me via email email@example.com
Unfortunately, due to the significant increase in shipping costs, I cannot always offer exchanges or returns from outside of the UK. For any returns or exchanges outside of the UK the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
You can contact me via email if you would still like to exchange or return your item, otherwise I recommend selling the item on Depop or a reselling service with my consent.
